Building Success AG was founded in June, 2016. We specialize in launching and implementing sales strategies and guidelines for startups, individuals and home based business owners wanting to expand their product or services global footprint. We advise on how to build your sales force, drive more business via social media platforms and maximize customer retention.

Roberto & Katja started their personal relationship in 2005 and now reside in Baar, Switzerland with their two children.

Meet our team

Roberto Mastrandrea

Roberto has over 15 years’ experience successfully working in sales organizations, building teams and maximizing sales across Australia, UK, US and Europe for large, medium and startup companies. He has been successful in launching and developing markets for new software products. Under his mandate, the market share of internet solutions increased to multiple six figure revenue streams.

Between 2000 and 2005 Roberto founded and managed a training and development business located in Melbourne, Australia. “Development and Training Solutions” provided small businesses with coaching and mentoring programs for the FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) industry through an authorized certificate program from the State Education Board of Victoria.

As CEO of Building Success AG, Roberto manages and coordinates all activities of the company including operational, financial, sales and marketing strategies. Roberto’s goal is to increase public relations and grow Building Success AG´s brand awareness via social media.

Katja Scholz

Katja has over 10 years’ experience as a team assistant/office manager for some of the world’s top executives in the investment banking, finance and legal training, building technology and systems manufacturing industries across major financial hubs (Melbourne, London, Frankfurt, Dublin and Zug).

Katja has built a solid reputation as a person who completes all her duties with a high degree of entrepreneurial spirit and is comfortable with short deadlines to complete important tasks.

As Vice President of Administration Katja will be in charge of coordinating all administrational duties including company accounting, compliance and project management of all operational budgets.

Katja is also currently working at a fortune global 500 company located in Zug, Switzerland.
